Any information collected on this site for the purpose of ordering products is done through a secure server and all information will be held in the strictest of confidence. Your information will NEVER be shared, sold or transferred to any outside party unless required by Federal or State Laws.

Returns:

Returns on copyright material whether sold individually or as a part of a kit are NOT PERMITTED. Copyright materials include, but are not limited to items such as leaflets and patterns. Opened packages are non-returnable. Open packages include, but are not limited to kits, dolls and any item that comes in a sealed package from the manufacturer. Please check all items carefully before opening. All other returns must receive prior authorization. Contact martha@blueribboncrafts.com for authorization or questions. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

Helpful Hint: When you purchase a product, such as a kit, and there is a problem such as poor thread quality, missing or broken items, contact the manufacturer immediately. There is usually a phone number, address or web site on the item where you can contact them. Manufacturers will be more than happy to correct any problems with their product and may even include special offers or free items. From personal experience, we have received a part for a model car, all new thread for a cross stitch kit and a new pattern for a cross stitch kit because I wore out the original. All were at no cost except for the time it took to make a phone call.

Taxes:

Items shipped to addresses in Connecticut are subject to a 6% sales tax.

Payment Methods:

We accept orders only from the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii.

Checks and money orders must be from United States banks only. We accept, Master Card, Visa, Diners Club International, American Express and Discover.

Shipping:

Our objective is to ship your order within 48 hours after payment has been verified. If an item is not currently in stock or is a special order, please allow four to six weeks for delivery. You will be notified via e-mail if there are any delays with your order. The method of shipping will be either United Parcel Service or United States Postal Service.
